HAPPY 2005 FROM THE SHARP THINGS!

1 January 2005 by The Sharp Things

As Perry sings in a new song, 2004 was “a horrible year” in many respects. But looking back, not all was bad. Among the highlights: Here Comes The Sharp Things received a UK release courtesy of Setanta Records, and the Sharps made their first trip to England to support it; recording was completed on the band’s second album, now finally entitled Foxes And Hounds; “Demon Of Love” was included in the best-selling Nettwerk Records compilation Public Display of Affection; the three original Things “reunited” for a nostalgic one-off show in Brooklyn; and TST stepped up its performance schedule with shows at Joe’s Pub, The Mercury Lounge, Sin-e and The Living Room. And more big news is coming—the biggest news yet—so check back soon!
