THE TREMBLIN' KIND

Melancholy UK band Trembling Blue Stars have embarked on their final concert tour and your favorite orchestral pop band is backing them up on two dates: this Thursday, September 29, at Magnetic Field, a great new venue in Park Slope, Brooklyn; and two days later, Saturday, October 1, at The Elevens in Northampton, Mass., the climax of the Popfest! New England 2005 festival. The latter show is TBS’ last ever and will surely be a dramatic occasion, but we are looking forward to both.
