Won't you take me to Monkey Town?

10 October 2006

Join us on Sunday, October 15 at Monkey Town, a unique restaurant, art gallery and performance space located at 58 N. 3rd Street, Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The Monkey Town folks have created “a permanent space that privileges video art, short films, feature-length films and documentaries, outside traditional galleries, movie theaters, museums, or clubs.” They also host live music, dance and other original performances — and that’s where we come in.

We’ll be fielding a small ensemble for this intimate show. Perry, his piano and the strings, acoustic guitar, bass and sundry keyboards and handclaps.
